The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) organized a conference on the theme "Celebrating Women's Day: Empowerment, Education, Upgradation" in New Delhi. Mrs. Pradhan also emphasized the importance of protecting women’s rights, especially reproductive rights.
Former Union Minister Mrs. Smriti Irani at the ceremony highlighted the strength of Indian women in facing challenges especially during the pandemic. However, Indian women have historically shaped society through their determination,” she said.
