Maruti Suzuki has upgraded the Maruti Suzuki Baleno according to the facelift to maintain its leading position in the game where many players are providing vehicles with several amenities. The 2026 Baleno, on sale commencing at Rs. 6.10 lakh (ex-showroom), has witnessed minor cosmetic upgrades along with an additional petrol motor, more comfort features and enhanced safety departments.
The remarkable change houses within the powertrain of the vehicle. The Baleno now gets the renowned 1.2-litre Z Series three-cylinder petrol engine which is also offered in cars like the Swift and Dzire. The engine gets coupled with a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. Even better news is for the buyers looking for CNG variant of the Baleno that even with the CNG model, they will get the AMT option.
