Police Mitra Foundation Trust (Regd.) celebrated its 7th anniversary with the "Bharat Ratna Gaurav Samman Samaroh 2026", which took place at the Auditorium of Lajpat Bhawan, Lajpat Nagar-4. The foundation partnered with D K S D Kapoor Ladli Noor Foundation for the celebration. The ceremony was graced with the presence of eminent people, social workers, doctors, journalists, and others who worked hard for the welfare of society. In the course of the event, 40 social workers, 25 journalists from Delhi and 06 doctors received Bharat Ratna Gaurav Samman Samaroh for their contributions to society.

One of the most spectacular segments of the ceremony was the cultural program by the Divyang children who presented a marvelous display of their talent, which earned them a thunderous applause from the audience. Their inspiring program left everybody emotional and delighted. The gathering was honored with the presence of famous people like Mrs. Nishi Singh, the Founder of Naad Foundation; Mr. Tarvinder Singh Marwah, MLA from Jangpura Assembly Constituency; Mr. S. S. Mattu, Deputy Director, Rajya Sabha; Dr. Manoj Kumar, Director of Cardiovascular Science at Max Hospital; Mr. Ram Manohar Mishra; and Mr. Rajendra Sagar, IPS, Delhi Police.

The inauguration was led by Mr. Sunil Kumar, President of Police Mitra Foundation Trust, and co-coordinated by Mr. Rajan Makhija, Vice President at the Foundation, and Mr. Rajinder Kapoor, Founder of D K S D Kapoor Ladli Noor Foundation. The chief guests who made it to the gathering appreciated the continuous efforts made by both the organizations in performing social work over the past seven years. They also lauded the willpower of the Divyang children and advised the awardees to remain committed to serving society.

The Bharat Ratna Gaurav Samman Samaroh 2026 ended on a high note, with the vote of thanks given by the key attendees, and also the active participation of dignitaries, social workers, journalists and community members during the event.
