The unraveling of the snake venom-rave party gang occurred through a meticulous operation orchestrated by the animal rights group People For Animals (PFA), led by BJP leader Maneka Gandhi. PFA, under the guise of anonymity, contacted Mr. Yadav and requested snakes and venom. Subsequently, Mr. Yadav purportedly directed them to a certain Rahul, who then arranged for the meeting at the sector 51 banquet hall. Upon arrival, the PFA team discovered the snake charmers along with nine snakes, including five cobras, and 20 ml of snake poison. Promptly, a joint team comprising Noida Police and the Forest Department was summoned, resulting in the arrest of all individuals involved.

In response to the allegations, Elvish Yadav vehemently denies any wrongdoing, dismissing the charges as "baseless, fake, and not even 1 per cent true." However, Maneka Gandhi has accused him of illegally selling snake venom and has called for his immediate arrest.
