Positive Points

The film mainly features double-role performance by Ram Charan. His strength is that he portrayed two contrasting characters with depth and conviction. And the big narrative with political drama and subtle undertones holds the audience in their seats. The grand scale given to the film by S. Shankar has been really cool and has some great visual sequences and high-energy action scenes. The background score increases tension, and dialogues always leave an impact. Kiara Advani adds a lot of charm to the film, and SJ Suryah is very good as a strong antagonist.

Negative Points

Action and drama are well presented, but the movie lacks a uniform pace at times, especially in the first half. Some subplots are underdeveloped, and questions are left unanswered. The screenplay could have been better edited to keep the flow of the story intact. A few characters, though with a lot of scope, do not get enough time on screen.
