Chirag Paswan Describes His induction As Union Minister As A Huge Responsibility

The chief of the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), Chirag Paswan, took oath as the union minister in the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 5. The renowned politician appreciated Narendra Modi for showing trust in him and promised the people of India that he would fulfill his duties and roles with utmost honesty and hard work.
Chirag Paswan stated, "This is a huge responsibility for me... I will ensure that I fulfill this responsibility with full honesty and hard work. The credit for this goes to the Prime Minister. He had so much faith in a party with a single MP that he gave it five seats. I have also given them all five seats by winning them."
Chirag Paswan talked about the difference between rich and poor in India and said that he will work very hard for the welfare of the people and that reducing the gap between rich and poor will be his utmost priority. Chirag Paswan said, "In the last 10 years, the government has given priority to schemes related to the welfare of the poor. We will move ahead with that thinking to reduce the difference between the rich and the poor, and villages and towns."
