The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unveiled its second list of candidates for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections on Wednesday, March 13. This list includes 72 candidates, featuring prominent figures like Anurag Thakur, former Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Basavaraj Bommai, Piyush Goyal, and Anil Baluni.
Tejaswi Surya, the party's youth wing chief, is nominated for Bangalore South, while former Karnataka chief minister Basavraj Bommai will contest from Haveri. Anurag Thakur, Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, will run from Hamirpur in Himachal Pradesh. Anil Baluni is fielded from Garhwal in Uttarakhand, among other notable nominations.
