BJP Supporters Will Protest The Intimidation Of Business People From The Road To The MCD House Will Expose The Aam Aadmi Party's True Colours
New Delhi, 21 February: According to Praveen Shankar Kapoor, a spokesman for the Delhi BJP, the Aam Aadmi Party leaders and newly elected corporators are pressuring the corporation's zonal officials to harass shopkeepers as a result of their victory in the December 2018 municipal elections.
The majority of the major business market wards were won by Aam Aadmi Party councilors in the most recent municipal elections, and now they want business organizations to come to their doorstep. As a result of their pressure, the officers of all 12 zonal offices of the MCD have issued notices to the traders for maintaining shop cleanliness. In the past month and a half, thousands of notifications have been issued regarding sanitation, the shop board size, conversion fees, encroachment, and renovations. Till the other day, Aam Aadmi Party spokespersons who used to shout about the interests of traders and Delhiites are sitting silently today.
Its MLAs are publicly applying pressure on the officials in those marketplaces where the Aam Aadmi Party has not been successful, such as Shastri Nagar in North Delhi or markets in East Delhi. The game began in Sadar Bazaar, where the new AAP corporator sealed about 30 stores by reopening a case that had been closed for years as soon as the BJP corporator was defeated.
