Government of Kejriwal has provided F.B.U. was founded to monitor political rivals, according to Virendra Sachdeva

February 8th, New Delhi: At a press conference today, Delhi BJP Working President Shri Virendra Sachdeva claimed that the Arvind Kejriwal administration has been operating with anarchy and hatred towards political rivals since taking office in 2015 and that it believes in repressing them. The Kejriwal administration created the F.B.U. (Feedback Unit) on February 1 to monitor not only political rivals but also Union Ministers, MPs, the office of the lieutenant governor, media outlets, influential businesses, and honorable judges. Mr. Harish Khurana, a state spokesperson, and Mr. Praveen Shankar Kapoor also attended the news conference.
According to Shri Sachdeva, the Kejriwal administration established the F.B.U. because of its anarchic practises. On the basis of his own cabinet's consent, it was likewise created without administrative or financial approval and contained 17 police officers and other employees who had been brought in from the Bihar Police. They were led by a former CISF officer, D.I.G. There were twelve senior officials available in the Vigilance Department from whom A.C.B. and were.
One crore rupees was handed to this F.B.U. as an establishment fund, and it was given the moniker Secret Service Fund, which begs the issue of who Kejriwal was supposed to look into in order to create the secret fund. From this budget, crores of dollars were also distributed to private investigation firms.
The Delhi Government's Vigilance Department objected to this from the start, but in September 2016, when Shri Ashwani Kumar took over as Director of Vigilance, he personally asked the FBI for an account of the work completed, but they were unable to provide any documentation of their efforts.
The Kejriwal government was compelled to transmit the file about the founding of the F.B.U. to the Lt. Governor after the Delhi High Court issued a decision in August 2015 declaring that the Lt. Governor will have last say in all matters pertaining to Delhi. In addition to rejecting the filing, the then-Lt. Governor Shri Najeeb Jung expressed opposition to the formation of such a new entity without consulting the vigilance department. He also forwarded it to the C.B.I. for review.
Shri Sachdeva said that today the people of Delhi demand reply from the Arvind Kejriwal Government on the formation of this F.B.U.
Regarding the formation of the F.B.U., for which the Kejriwal government is accountable, we would like to ask the following questions:
1. Why did the Kejriwal government create the FBI with a retired officer as head despite the existence of the A.C.B. and the Vigilance Department?
2. Why did the Kejriwal administration create the F.B.U.? If the motivation was obvious, why didn't the government make the motivation public at the time of the organization?
3. Since the C.B.I. report shows that 60 percent of their reports were only on political opponents, according to us, the goal was to keep an eye on them.
4. The CBI investigation found that the F.B.U. provided the Kejriwal government with 700 or so reports; the chief minister should explain what was done about them.
Shri Sachdeva said that the CBI has sought permission from the Lt. Governor to file an FIR against the government and the Delhi BJP requests the Lt. Governor to immediately allow a CBI probe through F.I.R. in this regard.
Shri Virendra Sachdeva said that we demand that like in the advertisement scam the recovery of government funds wasted on the F.B.U. scam should also be done personally from Arvind Kejriwal.
