Strengths: The emotion behind the teaser is really strong, due not only to Chris Evans's return, but also to the way it’s been told without all the action and chaos traditionally associated with Marvel. The way the song was chosen and the limited amount of speaking adds to the feel and aesthetic of good old Marvel storytelling. The Russo Brothers have produced excellent films with Infinity War and Endgame, and fans of this series can be confident in their ability to create quality movies. This teaser promotes nostalgia and keeps spectators wondering what may happen in the next film at Comic-Con.

Weaknesses: Although it was an emotional video, there are a lot of things not clear about the story or the antagonist. People looking for great action sequences or a glimpse into where it’s going to lead to with the main villain will likely be disappointed. Additionally, because Steve Rogers is back, there are a lot of questions regarding how that fits into the timeline and travel through time, things that likely need to be clarified further by Marvel so as not to confuse people.

It is not forced, but rather it seems to be well deserved; thus it appears that this could be one of the greatest sentimental experiences for Marvel studios within any of the Avengers movies. This teaser will undoubtedly evoke strong feelings of intrigue and nostalgia among fans as well as generate much excitement for the forthcoming release of the film, Doomsday; therefore, every fan will be counting down to the premiere, which will be held on April 24, 2021.
