Jennifer Mistry As Roshan Sodhi In 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,' Accuses Asit Kumarr Modi For Sexual Misconduct
Popular actress Jennifer Mistry, known for her role as Roshan Sodhi in the long-running television show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,' has recently come forward with serious allegations of sexual harassment against the show's producer. According to media reports, Jennifer has filed a complaint accusing Asit Kumarr Modi, the producer, along with Project Head Sohail Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj, of sexual misconduct within the workplace. This development has led to her decision to quit the show, ending her 15-year tenure.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time Modi has faced such allegations. Previously, actor Shailesh Lodha, who portrayed Mehta ji in the show, filed a case against him for non-payment of dues. Now, Jennifer's complaint sheds light on a different aspect, highlighting the mistreatment and discriminatory practices she allegedly endured during her time on the show.
