In a pioneering move, the company is providing 3 years of complimentary roadside assistance to all eBalurozie purchases made throughout November 2023 (from November 1 to November 30). This comprehensive Roadside Assistance (RSA) initiative extends its coverage across all company touchpoints nationwide.
The 24x7 Roadside Assistance program aims to provide customers with absolute peace of mind at no additional cost, offering a range of benefits, including flat tire assistance, battery jumpstart, lockout service, minor repairs, and towing service. To ensure prompt assistance, a dedicated 24x7 helpline is in place to handle non-warranty emergencies. Skilled technicians, dispatched to the customer's location, are equipped with towing trucks if required. In the event of significant damage, towing support up to 40 kilometers will be provided to transport the vehicle to the nearest authorized service center.
