After a period of treatment, the doctors noticed that on the left kidney, thick tissues covered it and were the after-products of past surgeries. For this, surgeons operated on it by removing a small portion through an incision on the abdomen to ensure proper removal of a tumor without injuring any of its vital organs such as blood vessels and urinary channels. All were accurately reconstructed before putting in a cancer-free kidney.
