The Evil Dead series has always been one of the most reliable names in the horror genre of the cinema, as it manages to reinvent itself numerous times, while remaining completely faithful to its tradition of terrifying tales with Evil Dead Burn. In the course of history starting with the Sam Raimi cult movie and down to the more recent entries in the series, each and every movie brings its own share of unique scares. Unlike the previous parts, the movie does not rely on the element of comedy and maintains a serious, shattering atmosphere all throughout.
Evil Dead Burn Storyline
The plot of this movie centers around Joseph Price, who is studying the work of his deceased grandfather about the world famous Necronomicon, which is also referred to in everyday life as the Book of Dead. In the course of his research, he is able to find the secret Kandarian Dagger, which is known to be the only weapon that could destroy the Deadites. But the discovery of the dagger makes the evil powers come back once again. The thing is that the curse starts to spread among the family members of Joseph almost immediately as soon as his brother William is the first person to become a victim of the Deadites. Later on, the movie shows how the curse is spreading among the rest of the family members during the family gathering at grandfather's house by the lake.
