Baby John Movie Review: Varun Dhawan's Baby John Lacks Originality, Failing To Match Vijay Thalapathy's "Theri" Charm

Soon enough, however, does it all go to bits with Varun Dhawan trying to be too energetic while playing Baby John. Essentially, the remake of 2016 Tamil super hit Theri, the movie falters under the burden of excess. Directed by Kalees and produced by Atlee, Baby John does not hold much promise of creating any memorable action drama.
Storyline
The film is regarding Deputy Commissioner of Police Satya Verma (Varun Dhawan), an iconized crime-buster of Mumbai. He will face the psychopathic villain who termed himself as Babbar Sher. There is high-octane action sequence when Satya's life takes a dramatic turn when he encounters Meera, a house surgeon. A love story unfolds through musical interludes and family negotiations, finally leading them to marriage.
